The impressive three-time Beijing Olympic champion sprinter has set his second new world record at the IAAF World Track and Field Championships on Thursday, August 20, 2009.
Once again at the Berlin, Germany 1936 Olympic Stadium which is the setting of the 12th IAAF World Championships in Athletics , the sprinter, Usain Bolt known for good reason as the Lightning Bolt won the 200-meter gold medal with his world record setting time as the Usain Bolt 19.19 Video remarkably shows.
In Usain Bolt 19.19 video takes off a full 11-hundredths of a second (0.11) off of his previous world record of 19.30 seconds, which he set at the 2008 Beijing Olympics last year. Earlier this week Usain Bolt also smashed his 100M world record by running 0.11 faster.
In the August 20 race, Usain Bolt beat the second place finisher Alonso Edward of Panama (19.81) and Wallace Spearmon of the United States (19.85) who respectively took silver and bronze medals in the race.
The sprinter, Usain Bolt who celebrates a birthday and turns 23 years old on August 21, stand 6-foot-5 (1.95m) and has been unstoppable at these distances giving one historic performance after another, as most recently seen in the Usain Bolt 200m Video in Berlin.
In an interview with BBC sports the victorious sprinter, Usain Bolt assessed his performance. Usain Bolt has previously told the news organization that he did not expect he would set a world record in the event as he had missed a month of training due to the car accident he was involved in earlier this year.
