WordPress team had just released Wordpress 2.3.2 and this is important because it comprised of security and bug fixes, like what beconfused.com mention that WordPress 2.3.2 is ‘an urgent security release’. And with the latest version 2.3.2 of Wordpress you can customize a DB error page on wp-content/db-error.php in spite of showing the default error message.
