Masalah Maxis dan Complaint :Part 1

Tuesday, February 26th, 2008

Boycott MaxisSabtu yang lepas Shaz dan aku ke KLCC. Tujuan nya untuk menamatkan perkhidmatan Maxis Broadband yang bermasalah sejak tahun lepas tak setel2 tu. Pihak syarikat Ah Long pengutip hutang bawah Maxis asyik call aku suruh bayar bil sedangkan aku tak pernah nampak pon bayang modem Maxis tu.

Jejak kaki je kat Maxis Center tu aku blur tak tau nak ke kaunter yang mana. Sebab aku tengok semua orang sibuk dengan urusan mereka termasuk complaint servis Maxis yang memang tak bagus. Aku terus ke kaunter tertulis Reception. Beratur sebentar, tiba-tiba pak guard tegur tanya nak apa. Aku explain problem aku. Kemudian, dia suruh aku pergi kaunter Maxis Broadband. Beratur lagi! Pak guard yang berlagak macam pandai tu terus ke depan tanye kat orang yang jaga kaunter Maxis Broadband tu. Pak guard kembali kepada aku dan suruh ke reception semula. Adooi! Apa kes ni? Beratur balik. Sampai je turn aku kat kaunter Reception, pekerja Maxis bernama Steven Gerard tu pon tanya urusan aku? Aku start je cerita, tapi baru sampai separuh, tak habis lagi dia dah tekan satu button dekat dengan aku dan koyak kertas bagi aku nombor giliran. Pelik aku! Aku agak mungkin dia tak paham aku cakap apa sebab tu dia terus ambil nombor giliran untuk aku. (more…)

The Flyer and CatalogueLast weekend I went to the PIKOM PC Fair 2007 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Center with another administrator of Taszara, Shaz. She arrived at KLCC from Kuantan around 12.00pm. We meet at the entrance door around 1.00pm and enter the exhibition hall together. I went to the PC Fair just to watch EeePC from Asus. What is the processor? RAM? Hardisk? And the performance of this mini PC that some say the EeePC might be the contender to the latest PC from MIMOS which is Makcik PC. the interesting part is when Maxis and Digi promoter is fighting to win the customer as their booth is oposite each other. We are at commuter stationHello all bloggers!!! I would like to share some of my amazing experience working with some foreigners who came to Malaysia to study about our country’s culture, food and not forgotten our national language, Bahasa Melayu. At first, i was being offered by my lecturer to be a language teacher for 3 foreigners. They are Anna from Chile and a spouse, Joanna and Donald from Arizona. They will stay in Malaysia for a month to learn about language, culture and Islamic religion with more details as they are all Muslims. I was quite surprised at first when they did told me that in their own country, Islam is not as free to be practised as in Malaysia. I guess this might be happen after the incident of september 11. However, they were attracted with the advertisement at their embassy about this program which being organized by another foreign student in Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. So they were come to Malaysia and stayed here to attend a class till they grad. It sounds interesting right???
