When I moved to my new house three years ago, I am suffer to lift my furniture. Actually there is a better way to lift and move the furniture using Team Strap. The concept of Team Strap is lowering the center of gravity and dispersing the weight between two people. You can use lifting straps to lift your furniture from the lower floor to the upper floor easily.

Doctor have approved that one can prevent back injury and use normal spine position when using moving straps to move anything.
