Latest Update on Taszara.com

Hello! Little update on taszara dot com. Within this whole week, after taszara new theme has been uploaded but not very perfect, I have adjust and make it better. A few changes have been made such as:

1.

I am proudly announce that taszara dot com is currently running using the latest version of wordpress which is Wordpress 2.7. Wordpress 2.7 is officially launched on December 10th 2008 (Wow! its already a month and I just started using it. lol.) and with codename Coltrane in conjunction with the name John Coltrane (American Jazz Guru) Actually I am just about to get used the new interface of Wordpress 2.6.3 and suddenly Wordpress 2.7 is out and when I upgrade my wordpress from 2.6.3 to 2.7 the interface is absolutely different. What can I say about Wordpress 2.7 is more user friendly then the older version with the neat menu on the left it is easier to reach them.

2.

I have redesign the list style on the sidebar for the Archives section. Also I have added the ‘Most Commented’ section and ‘Popular Post’. This section is only for try and error in my research what the  best  to put on the sidebar of a personal blog like taszara.

3.

I have update taszara plugin. I decided to delete all the unnecessary plugin and install only the important. All lot of plugin have been deleted and I don’t remember them at all. The newest plugin install are the most read in xx days by studio404.it. Other old plugin include but have been upgraded to the latest version are AdSense Manager, All in One SEO Pack, Google XML Sitemaps, Highlight Author Comments, Most Commented, Post-Plugin Library, Similar Posts, Simple Tags, Ultimate Google Analytics and WordPress Database Backup. Other plugin that you want to suggest me to install?

4.

The most important part is the Sitemap and Link page are up and running. It is absolutely easy to create a sitemap and link page with the new wordpress 2.7. If you are interested to put your link in taszara Link page, just tell me in comment.
