Hello! A few weeks ago I just reformat my laptop because a lot of virus inside my laptop and AVG seems can’t get rid of them. So I reformat my laptop and I just install winamp. Then I decided to install lyrics plugin for winamp where it will search on the net for the respective lyrics of the song that we are listening and store it. So next time the plugin don’t need to search again.

I search for winamp plugin in www.winamp.com and find a few lyrics plugin. I try install LeoLyrics but seems I dislike it because I am comfortable with Minilyrics. Actually I just want to try other plugin that may be better than what I used last time. Seems like Minilyrics the best. When I open winamp the two lyrics plugin came out, so I decided to uninstall LeoLyrics. At first I don’t know how to uninstall the plugin then I search on the net. Its quite easy to unsintall winamp plugin. Here is how I do:


1. Open the Preferences of the winamp by right clicking on winamp, select Option -> Preferences or you can press CTRL + P as shortcut. Navigate to plugin and select which type of plugin you want to uninstall weather it is a input, output, visualization, dsp/effect or general purpose. For the lyrics plugin it listed in general purpose.

2. Then select the plugin you want to remove, on the list.

3. Click Uninstall selected plug-in and a dialog box for confirmation will appear, select OK you’re done.

Thats all I want to share. Hope that can help you to remove your unwanted plugin.
