Complaint on Maxis is approching the climax

Yesterday, 25th May 2008, I went to the Maxis Center at KLCC, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur to ask about my problem regarding the Maxis Broadband Service. If you don’t know what the hell I talk about, then you should read this post:

My account statement is now has an outstanding balance RM1100.36. They need me to pay for that. Who do you think you are? I don’t even use your service and you ask me to pay? I can understand now why you becoming the top 10 richest peoples in Malaysia. Rompak orang dengan lesen.

Sleepy Dangers

Becoming a total bitch isn’t the only thing you have to worry about if you’re not getting enough sleep. Among others, studies show that sleep deprivation causes stress, diabetes, heart disease, obesity and even psychosis. Although a tiny percentage of people can actually get by with six or seven hours worth of sleep a night, most of us need at least seven to eight hours. No exceptions. So if you think that by getting less sleep you’re able to get more done, think again! Says Timothy J. PHD in The Good Sleep Guide, “Sleep is not a vice”. So below is the 10-step plan to getting better sleep.

1. Understand the need for sleep-After reading this article, you should already know this.

2. Make sleep a priority- It is as important as your mealtimes. Don’t relegate it to something you do “when everything else is done”.

3. Watch your diet- A balanced diet will help you sleep better, but remember to stay away from alcohol, sleeping pills and caffeine too close to bedtime.

4. Exercise and be active- Regular exercise-though not too close to your bedtime, will improve your chances of getting regular sleep.

5. Learn to relax- Tension and stress at bedtime will give you a restless night.Try meditating before you sleep.

6. Sort out your sleep routine- Get into a pattern of going to sleep the same time every night, and waking the same time every day.

7. Organise your time- No matter what you think, there really are enough hours in a day to do everything. It’s a question of organisation.

8. Develop healthy thinking and control worry- Worrying can keep you up and sleepless. Adopt some worry-free strategies like exercise, meditation and structured problem -solving.

9. Deal with other problems- Sort out your relationships, work or mental or physical problems.With less to think about, you’ll sleep better.

10. Persevere and practice- You have to make good sleep a habit, and this will take time. Don’t give up too easily.

Sekarang ni saya dalam mood macam lagu Kini Kau Tiada oleh Sarimah Ibrahim. Walaupon lagu ni dah lama tapi sampai sekarang aku suka.

Untuk pengetahuan semua, ini merupakan post yang ke-100. Tahniah! kepada taszara yang semakin banyak post walaupon sejak sebulan lepas jarang diupdate kerana saya sibuk dengan peperiksaan akhir.

Ada satu cerita yang ingin dikongsikan bersama. Kadang-kadang dalam dunia ni ada orang yang masih mencari-cari apa tujuan dia hidup dan ape matlamat dia hidup di muka bumi ini. Duit? Kebahgiaan? Ketenangan? Isteri cantik?

The Exam is over. Lets get started!

The exam fever have come to an end. Finally I am free. Shaz also have finished her final examination and she spend her semester break at her hometown. As for me, I have a military training to take part and also taking a subject for the May semester.

Someone said I should just delete or make this blog disappeared from the digital world and I agree with that. But today when I log in and check back taszara visitor statistic, I am shocked. Guess what? Taszara visitor increase 500% and maintaining. The visitors is not the regular visitors for taszara but visitors from search engine which we called them organic traffic. A few post or hot post always hit the search engine keyword. And organic traffic is very good and thats what I want. Not meaning that I don’t like regular visitor, I like u also coz we are friends right?

This weekend we all got extra one day holiday due to Wesak Day. But I can’t go back to my hometown because like always the bus tickets were sold out.

The exam is over and I feel like blogging. I love blogging and I will continue to post even though I am lazy to post.
