    Maxis memang x gune..Maxis perompak berlesen..Buang saja simkad Maxis anda,beralih la pada penyedia perkhidmatan yang benar-benar berkhidmat untuk anda…Lu orang pikiaq la sendiri!!

    maxis memang useless!connection tenet slow gler smpi brape kali kne kol complain..so skang tunggu je la ye maxis tu kol..kalo die kate kte kne byr gak bil tu kte bwk je gei mahkamah saman maxis..haha..rite aizat?

    Aku ni pakai maxis dari thn 2003 sampai skang. Nak tukar pakej baru pun tak boleh. Alasan pakej nih pakej lama. Aduihh.. Abis tuh buat ape la ko keluarkan pakej baru kalau aku tak leh nak tukar.. Sengal punyer MAXIS nih….. Lastly aku pakai DIGI abis citer coverage kureng tp murah, banyak diskaun… hehehe

    aku pakai maxis sejak thn 2000 kot..kekeke..Setakat ni aku takde masalah sbb pakai prepaid..tp 2-3 minggu ni cam haram maxis centre htr sms promosi bukan2…sms spammer sungguhlah.

    Maxis bodoh..!! Maxis SUCKS..!!! Dulu sebelum apply cakap speed laju giler.. Bulan pertama memang laju.. Masuk bulan kedua ketiga macam haram..!!!

    Bile complaint, cakap coverage kat umah aku tak kuat.. Tapi dulu masa apply, cakap “lumah lu misti cover worr.. don’t wolly..”

    Yang paling best, semalam aku pegi komplen, macha tu boleh cakap “Your house tak covered with HSDPA laa..You can cancel your connection but have to pay RM 200..”

    Bodoh tak namanya tu?

    same prob here..mase memule apply dulu punye la ckp ukm high speed 3G area..connection mmg laju la tp pas bpe bulan je connection slow gler!dh brape kali kol complaint n mcm2 alsn la maxis tu bg…huhu..maxis mmg sucks!haha

    I’ve placed my report about maxis at Fomca and guess what? Guys from Maxis kelam kabut called me and ask to solve my problem. Hahahahaha.. Padan muka diorang..!!

    haha..great!mmg maxis takut kalo dh libatkan Fomca..cm kes aizat gak, bler je aizat repot ngn Fomca baru la maxis kelam kabut kol aizat n mtk maaf mengaku mmg ktorg xsalah n finally kes ktorg selesai..maxis tu siap tanye camne aizat leh report ngn Fomca..haha..nape takut ke maxis oi?haha..

    1st say if din puas hati dlm 7 hari mereka akan pulang balik RM100 kepada i…
    tapi sekarang …sudah 2009…i punya RM100 belum dapat lagi since agos 2008….

    memang maxis tu macam lintah darat,kalau payment tak bayar,mereka mewakili debt collection untuk kutip,pun tak apa,bukan saja begitu,segala detail saya pun debt collector tahui dan teruk pada saya,nak lantik debt collector,mestilah ada standard,cara mereka teruk.bukan tak bayar,lambat sikit bayar pun tak boleh,tambah caj denda,caj surat ia, macam macam caj lagi,!!!!patut ke tidak…better ask maxis fikir sitausi penguna!!!!

    maxis useless n suck..!!! luckily blah cepat..charges merapu-rapu..manjang buat report tunjuk screen..kita yang pakai kita tau laaa..i compare digi n celcom jauh beza dengan bill i dengan maxis macam langit n bumi..!!! kalu celcom n digi bill monthly rm70 bill maxis rm140 doublekan jer. i pun heran mane datangnyer extra bill tu..i lg monthly statement post ke rumah, every month checking like recycle number..u all akan jumpa no yang sama berulang-ulang..logik k?? kalu u call org yang sama sampai 5 ke 6 kali sehari?? apatah lagi dengan your klient.. borak dengan family members pun ade had.. buat report every month, bayangkan i dah rugi 10 tahun dengan maxis..kalu dikirakan bole beli rumah double story lahh..!!! citer ngan maxis pun x guna..at the end u juga yang salah, di tunjuknyer screen… padahal “CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT” camne nak citer tu.. jalan terbaik i tukar jer line…every month pergi maki pun x guna. Guys!!! maxis RM0.50 pun berkira woiiii…. kalu nak cerita deposit kira hangus laa tu…

    Am not satisfied when i have made payment of RM100/- on 29 June 2010 and Maxis block my line on 30 June 2010. On top of that they charged me RM10/- per line.. I have 2 lines with maxis; therefore, totalling RM20/-

    Suddenly on 15 July 2010, Maxis block my line again by saying that I have RM85.35 to settle. Why wasn’t I being informed of it earlier? Why do they accepted my payment of RM100/- and re-activate my line? Are they trying to make profit via unbarring fees?

    Anyway, I have made the payment of RM100/- (exact amount due is RM85.35) today the same day Maxis blocked my line and I hope not to see the Unbarring Fees in my next bill. I also requested them to credit off the Unbarring fees on my 7th July bill as I actually made payment earlier (29/06) and my line was block a day after (30/06) but it seems there is no feedback from them about it.
