I experienced a few times when I try to copy files from thumbdrive or CD/DVD there is an error saying that cannot copy file because of the I/O device error. What is I/O device error actually? The Windows error “I/O Device Error” means there is an error in the computer’s ability to read data when you try to install a program or to copy data from your CD or DVD drive.

This issue is likely to occur when Windows tries to use a transfer mode that your CD drive cannot use or does not recognize. To resolve this issue, you will need to change the transfer mode in your IDE channel properties.

I came across of this interesting thingy which i feel great to share with all. It’s about 4 body demons in our life which i guess most of us do not realize about it. Or more precisely, i can say it “How Does Your Body Score”? Of course friends and family want the best for us- but what if they’re unintentionally bringing us down? Time to get tough with love and stand up for our self esteem.

I have dual boot my laptop with Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon and Windows XP. Last weekend I have redesign my ubuntu appearance to be more like Mac OSX using Mac4Lin(melayubuntu have more about Mac4Lin). Mac4Lin is a open source software to dress up your linux to look similarly like Mac OS. Having fun with my Ubuntu and I forget to use Windows XP. Today, I log in to my Windows XP and what happened? When I open Winamp give me such error. Bad DirectSound driver. Please install proper drivers or select another device in configuration. Error code: 88780078.
